{"template_id":"6","key_id":"6","user_id":"96068","date_created":"2020-03-17 14:26:24","flag_deleted":"0","flag_order":"4.0","department_id":75,"parent_template_id":"1","code":"GOAT","title":"Goat Nuisances","description":"Submit a complaint about goat nuisances.","flag_require_location":1,"flag_allow_anonymous":"0","flag_internal_only":"0","infofields":[],"infofields_groups":[],"wotypes":[],"violations":[{"violation_list_id":668,"violation_id":668,"title":"Animals - Keeping of Certain Livestock - Chapter 10, Section 9","type_name":"(a) It is unlawful for anyone to keep cows, sheep, goats, cattle or other livestock of any kind, except horses, within the limits of the city unless they are kept within an enclosure or fence, and provided the enclosure has at least 5,000 square feet for each animal kept in the enclosure.\n(b) An enclosure between 5,000 square feet and 15,000 square feet per animal shall be located so that no part shall be any closer than 100 feet to the dwelling quarters of any person other than the owner or custodian of such animals.\n(c) It is unlawful for anyone to keep a horse within the limits of the city unless:(1)The horse is kept within an enclosure or fence, and the enclosure has at least 5,000 square feet for each horse kept in the enclosure; or(2)Unless the keeping of such horse is connected with and a part of the business of the person keeping the horse, and the property is zoned commercial, or for such business.\n(d) Any person keeping livestock within the city limits or any person keeping horses within the city limits in violation of this section, shall be first entitled to one three-day notice to remove the animal from the city limits. Any violation of this section thereafter shall be deemed an offense. Each and every violation or omission of required act and day of continued violation after one three-day notice shall be deemed a separate offense.
